What form of payment do you accept when purchasing an item online?

All orders are shipped via standard shipping, which takes 2-3 business days.

Can I order online and pick up at the showroom location?

No, we do not offer customers the option to order online and to pick up the order in the showroom location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we do not.

What postal service do you ship your packages with?

All orders placed on the Diafora website are shipping with USPS.

Return and Exchange

What if something doesn't fit, can I exchange it or get a refund?

Due to COVID-19, all sales are final. When ordering online, please be sure to order the correct size you need before checking out. Also, when shipping in our showroom, be sure to try on anything you are planning to purchase.

Showroom Policies

Is the showroom location open?

Yes, we are open. Our current showroom hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11am-7pm EST. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Can you hold an item to be purchased at the showroom?

No, we do not hold items.

Am I able to try on items when shopping in the showroom?

Yes, customers are allowed to try on anything in our showroom.
