What form of payment do you accept when purchasing an item online?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ShopPay, Affirm, and PayPal.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via priority shipping, which takes 2-3 business days or 5-7 business days. Processing time of 1-2 days is not included in the shipping schedule.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.
What postal service do you ship your packages with?
All orders placed on the Diafora website are shipping with USPS.
What if something doesn't fit, can I exchange it or get a refund?
Yes, we offer exchange only within 7 days from your purchase date. If purchasing during our FINAL CLEAN OUT SALE, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
What is your return policy for gifts?
No. All sale items are final.
Is the showroom location open?
No, we are online only.
